Cancellation Policy

At Kishoremeenashop, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide a smooth shopping experience. Please review our cancellation policy below:

Order Cancellations : Timeframe: Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this window, the order may have already begun processing and cannot be canceled.

How to Cancel: To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team at  communication@kishoremeena.com with your order number and request details.

Custom or Made-to-Order Items: Orders containing custom, personalized, or made-to-order items cannot be canceled once processing has begun.

Refunds for Canceled Orders : If your cancellation is approved within the allowed timeframe, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

If the order has already shipped, our Return Policy will apply instead.

Exceptions : We reserve the right to refuse cancellation requests if the order has already been fulfilled or if the item is non-refundable (e.g., final sale items).

Flash sale or limited-time promotional items may not be eligible for cancellation.
